To adopt one (or more) of my birthstone angels, please email me with the name/s to go on the adoption certificate/s and which plaque/s you wish to adopt. You will then receive a personalised certificate. If you have a secret pal for whom you are making the adoption, I will send it to her so you can keep your identity a secret. Just one other thing, please do not resize or alter my plaques in any way.
